Alleluia! Alleluia! Aaaaa-lehh-luuu-iaaaa!! (sang with a female-opera-singer voice)
*cough* *cough*
That was a throat-breaking performance. I was nearly killed by my voice... The voice... it was so lovely!
(Please cornchild, praising one's self makes me sick)
Yah, I can sing like an opera singer (FYI: I'm a male). But the voice.. is not 'really' lovely. When other people hear and see me perform with my opera-singer voice, they're like watching a horror-comedy movie, where all the characters in the movie are being beheaded by funny looking monsters while a die-hard singer hums creepily in the background (note: while imagining that movie, think of me as the funny looking monster who was actually singing). If you don't get that "note", don't read it again. :P
Why should I mention funny looking monsters when it was Easter yesterday? (well it was only yesterday). But since I've mentioned the word "Easter", I should perhaps talk about Easter Sunday.
(What a good beginning for the topic "Easter Sunday". Funny looking monsters..)
Anyway, Easter is supposed to be a happy event for us Christians because Christ is risen on this day. Well, I woke up yesterday happily, ate my food happily, bathe my self happily, went to Church happily, and studied math... happily?? Except for the studying part, I was basically happy yesterday. Everything was just fine: the weather, the people around me, everything. What made me happier was the Easter Sunday service in the church yesterday. It was really great! It was not like any ordinary church service. The choir was composed of the "not so old people" (i.e. The Chancel Choir) and the "very young people" (i.e. The Children's Choir) and when you hear them sing, you're like listening to the voices of angels in the sky. There was also this group who played bells (I think the group was named Handel's ______) and I just discovered yesterday that bells do sound lovely. And there was this one hymn where a trumpet was played with the organ, and wow, it was really amazing! And the hymns were not sang ordinarily wherein the congregation is requested to stand and just sing whatever way they want. In the service yesterday, the choir "started" the hymns and then the congregation sang together with the choir in the later part of the hymns. And mind you, the choir sang wonderfully with 'voicings' and 'rounds'. I was even tempted to join the choir while singing, but well it was written in the order of service:
(CHOIR ONLY)
(lyrics of the hymn)...
(CONGREGATION NOW SINGS WITH THE CHOIR)
(next lyrics)...
So i just have to follow what that paper says or else... they'll discover my hidden talent.
(I told you cornchild, enough of praising one's self)
(And please don't make unnecessary intermissions)
Anyway, what happened today? Well we just took our final exams in maths. That was it. It was really boring. *reader tries to kill diarist for that statement* We just had our test and then... nothing. Nothing to do except writing this diary... and checking my email... and getting the photos at the mall... and studying for the physics exams this Wednesday. Huh, yah, there was really nothing to do today.
*reader has a great urge to pull and squeeze diarist's hair and throw him out of the room*
Ok I don't want to die that way. So, I'm telling you now that the math test was NOT boring. It was hard, but not really hard. But it was NOT boring. I had to think and analyze and see if the formulas I used and the solutions I wrote were right. So basically, I had to do something during the test, and that's what makes it NOT boring.
And I have a lot to do today! Well it's not really a lot, but it's NOT also nothing. So there is something to do today, NOT nothing.
I'm out of my mind.
My insane side is starting to show up.
I guess I have to end now before I mess around.
I'm a cat
I'm a cat
Meow..
*diarist is now gone*
